Volunteer

Programming at TYM would not be possible without support from our community and parent volunteers. To keep rehearsals and concerts running smoothly, we ask that each musician’s family contribute a minimum of 5 volunteer hours per season.

From rehearsals, to concerts, to photography, we have a variety of volunteer opportunities available to fit everyone’s schedule. Please click the button below to view our current volunteer opportunities.

New this year, we will be asking families to keep track of their volunteer hours in a timesheet. When you log in to the TYM portal above, there will be a tab called “my volunteer assignments” where you can fill in your hours on a timesheet for each project. From there, your total volunteer hours will be visible on the dashboard of your portal.
