Rehearsals
TYS rehearsals are held on Mondays from 6:45-8:45 pm
Location:Athens Drive High School
1420 Athens Dr, Raleigh, NC 27606
Musicians must make a serious commitment to attend weekly rehearsals and abide by the attendance requirements in the Full Orchestra Handbook 2021-22 (link to handbook). Everyone is expected to be ready to play at the beginning of a scheduled rehearsal and at the call time before a performance.
Important Dates
No one will be excused from a dress rehearsal or concert unless it is for severe illness or death in the family.
First Rehearsal – Spring Semester: Monday, January 10, 2022
Spring Dress Rehearsal: May 9, 2022, 7:00-8:30 pm
Spring Concert: May 15, 2022, 2:00 pm
Location: Meymandi Concert Hall (2 E South St, Raleigh, NC 27601)
