Instruments and Practice
Students must have an instrument to bring to rehearsals and to practice on at home. A keyboard and drum kit will be provided for rehearsals.

Regular classes take place on Sundays, 3:00-4:00 pm in the picnic shelter at Apex Jaycee Park (451 NC Highway 55/West Williams Street). 

Musicians must make a serious commitment to attend weekly rehearsals and abide by the attendance requirements in the Jazz Ensembles Handbook 2021-22 (link to handbook). Everyone is expected to be ready to play at the beginning of a scheduled rehearsal and at the call time before a performance.

Checks in the amount of $400 are payable to Philharmonic Association, or PA, Inc.
