Regular rehearsals are Thursdays, 6:45 – 8:30 pm at Reedy Creek Middle School, Cary. Musicians must make a serious commitment to attending the weekly rehearsals detailed in the calendar. Everyone is expected to be ready to play at the beginning of a scheduled rehearsal and at the call time before a performance.

Important Dates
No one will be excused from a dress rehearsal or concert unless it is for severe illness or death in the family.

Concert Tickets
Tickets at $5 for adults and $2 for children are sold through the Town of Cary.
Advance tickets are available in person at The Cary (Movie) Theater Box Office,122 E. Chatham St. Cary, NC 27511. Tuesday-Friday 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
The Town is opening the Box Office in the Cary Arts Center during the dress rehearsal, especially for us – please make use of this so we do not have a long line at the concert. Tickets are also on sale one hour before.
Tickets are also available online for an extra charge through Etix

Dress Rehearsals and Concert Info
Dress rehearsal at the Cary Arts Center  7:30-8:30.
Meet downstairs in the “Green Room” by 7:15 to tune. We will play straight through the concert.
Concert at the Cary Arts Center on Saturday.
Meet in the Green Room 30 minutes before the concert to tune and warm up.

Concert Dress
only required for the concert, not dress rehearsal, and is as follows:
Boys: Long or short sleeve black shirt with collar. Optional tie and jacket, but all black. Black dress pants. Black shoes.
Girls: All black. Dress pants, skirt and top, or dress, but all black. Hemline should be below the knee. Black shoes.

2020-21 Annual Participation Fees
Checks in the amount of $390 are payable to Philharmonic Association, or PA, Inc.
